A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon commission.

 

Ownership of the Commissioned Work and all rights therein shall remain with the Artist if the Purchaser refuses to accept delivery.  

Commissioned artworks are copyrighted in Artist’s name. Artist may use the image of the work for promotions.
